BOOK DISCUSSION
Our Book Discussion group gathers to discuss the chosen book in detail. This is a great way to combine intellectual stimulation and socialization. Selections vary based on the interests of the current attendees and include fiction, non-fiction, classics, and the latest best sellers.

BRIDGE
We welcome players of all levels, as we believe learning never ends ...
it is a journey, not a destination.
This fun and friendly party bridge game meets twice monthly
from 1:00 – 4:00 on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month.
Games are typically held in members’ homes, and light refreshments
are offered by our generous and kind hostesses.
We look forward to new members, new players, and new friends.
DIALOGUES
Dialogues meets bi-monthly in members’ homes to discuss current health, societal, and cultural issues. The activity is intended to lend insight and support to present-day circumstances that affect us personally or as a community. We encourage the exchange of ideas which may stem from an article in a newspaper, a book, a lecture we attend together as a group, or presented by an appointed speaker. In cases where we attend a lecture, we will convene for discussion afterward. The discussions are open, and we exchange ideas in a conversational style amongst the attendees.
We do not discuss politics or religion at these gatherings.

DISCOVERY
Our Discovery group explores local points of interest, embarks on unique adventures, and identifies new and interesting learning experiences. These fun outings may occur on the Peninsula, in San Francisco, or other easily drivable locations. Examples of outings include exhibitions at museums, visits to local events or locations of interest, and some local “experiences”. These activities generally include a pre-registration,
a fee, and a group driving together to the location.
HAPPY HOUR
Members and their plus ones meet on occasion at local bars and restaurants
to socialize and enjoy Happy Hour fare.

HIKING
Our Hiking group meets monthly for a hike that has been specifically selected for our group by our Hiking Chairpersons. Hikes vary in terms of terrain and length
and are always well described in the Monthly Newsletter.
There are opportunities for all levels offered throughout the year.
An organized carpool from a central location to the trailhead is offered.
